Cancellation Policy

1. Fees and Payment Terms Deposit Due to Reserve Date: (non-refundable) Remaining Balance Due: Prior to start of event Payment can be made via cash, check, or electronic payment method as agreed upon by Provider and Client. Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day of the event may result in cancellation of services. 2. Cancellation Policy The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client. If the event is canceled by the Client within 14 days of the event date, the full balance will still be due unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Provider. 3. Access and Setup Requirements Client agrees to provide the following: Adequate space (minimum 10’x10’ area) for booth setup Access to a standard electrical outlet within 10 feet of setup area Venue access at least one hour prior to the event start time for setup Shelter or indoor space in case of inclement weather (if outdoor event) 4. Liability Provider is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by misuse of the photo booth or props by guests. Client agrees to cover any damage caused to the equipment by guests or event attendees. 5. Photo Usage Rights Unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client, Provider reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and marketing materials.
